A native Californian with a distinguished career spanning nearly four decades, Mr. Emmons​ brings a rare combination of legal expertise, strategic insight, and compassion to every case he​ handles. With 38 years of litigation experience, he is known not only for his extensive​ knowledge of the law but also for his approachable, client-first style.

After earning his Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of California, Davis, he​ went on to receive his Juris Doctor from McGeorge School of Law. His legal career has been as diverse as it is accomplished—he has served as a partner at two respected law firms, acted as​ staff counsel for a major insurance company, and successfully ran his own law office before joining Madden & Lynch PC.

Throughout his career, Mr. Emmons has represented a broad spectrum of clients, from individuals to large multinational corporations. His work has taken him across counties throughout California, handling matters at every stage—from pre-litigation strategy and negotiations to trial and appeals.
