Defending Employers

From representing large corporations to the individual employee, the firm assists with navigating ever-evolving workplace laws. When employers are facing a claim, such as harassment or discrimination, our attorneys work to achieve a fair and reasonable resolution of the dispute and zealously defend against unmeritorious claims.

Administrative Claims

Madden & Lynch counsels and represents professionals who are faced with an investigation or accusation brought by a state licensing board. In the employment arena, they defend against claims brought by government entities such as the Department of Labor, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Prepare and Update Employee Handbooks

Employers and employees are well served when workplace policies are clearly communicated. In the dynamic field of employment law, it is beneficial to have an employee handbook that is consistent with current applicable laws.
